At Portola Paints, we strive for perfection in every hue, but if your order isn't quite right, we accept returns on unopened, standard-stock items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-tinted colors are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Securely
Place the unopened paint cans or supplies in their original shipping containers, ensuring all lids are tightly sealed and protected with adequate cushioning.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items to ensure they are in resalable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
