What is the typical lead time for an order?
Since our paints are hand-crafted and tinted to order in small batches, most orders ship within 3 to 5 business days. Transit times vary by location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within the United States and Canada. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes upon arrival.
Can I return or exchange paint colors?
Because all of our paint is custom-tinted to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We highly recommend purchasing a sample pot or swatch before committing to a full order.
How do I calculate how much paint I need?
Generally, one gallon of Portola Paint covers approximately 350-400 square feet per coat. We recommend two coats for most projects to achieve full color depth and durability.
Are your paints eco-friendly?
Yes, we prioritize sustainability. Most of our product lines are Low-VOC or Zero-VOC, ensuring a safer environment for your home and the planet.
